Majestic Oilfield Services, Inc.
Majestic Oilfield Services, Inc. (“Majestic”), a Nevada corporation, is a wholly owned subsidiary of PetroQuest, and is the operator of all oil and gas wells owned by Mountaineer in West Virginia and Ohio. As an additional source of income, Majestic also operates wells for third parties in both West Virginia and Ohio. By means of its well maintained equipment and its highly qualified personnel, Majestic provides dozer, backhoe, roustabout, well swabbing, reclamation, and well tending services and lays low pressure gas pipeline and gathering systems for (i) all PetroQuest subsidiaries and controlled entities and (ii) third party oil and gas producers. Majestic is also a provider of heavy equipment hauling and related services and has been approved as a maintenance services and gas pipeline installation vendor by several major natural gas purchasing and transportation concerns. In fact, Majestic built, made necessary modifications to, and installed the first “new design” closed meter sales point for Dominion Hope Gas in Tyler County, West Virginia. This new design style of closed meter sales point systems is one of the few gas meter configurations that are presently allowed to be used by parties selling natural gas into closed gas systems owned and/or operated by Dominion Hope Gas.
