Advanced Brine Disposal Systems, L.L.C. (“Advanced”), a Nevada limited liability company, owns a brine disposal well and related equipment, tank batteries, and pumping units which are situated in Vinton County, Ohio.  Advanced plans to acquire two brine transportation tanker trucks in the near future.  PetroQuest also plans to acquire another brine disposal well and related equipment in Vinton County, Ohio.  PetroQuest owns 51% of this company.
