Warren F. Lory, Age 64
President of PetroQuest Resources, Inc. 

Mr. Lory earned a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and an M.S. in Management Science from Lehigh University, Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.  Upon graduation, Mr. Lory worked for Westinghouse Electric under the controller of a significant operating division.  Mr. Lory then worked for U.S. Steel in its business research unit.  Following the completion of his principal research project, Mr. Lory accepted a position with Carborundum Company’s corporate finance department, and he was soon appointed as the controller of one of its subsidiaries located in Toronto, Canada.  A few years later, Mr. Lory returned to the U.S. and served as controller, manager of manufacturing, and manager of international marketing for one of Carborundum Company’s larger divisions.  Following the acquisition of Carborundum Company by Kennecott Copper, which was subsequently acquired by Standard Oil of Ohio, Mr. Lory served on its acquisition and divestiture team with the primary role of marketing the manufacturing divisions that were targeted for sale.  Mr. Lory was next assigned the duty of managing $2,000,000,000 in pension assets that included stocks, bonds, real estate, and venture capital investments.  After Standard Oil of Ohio was acquired by British Petroleum, Mr. Lory worked in the U.S. finance department where he was involved in oversight of the software that tracked enormous sums of foreign currency hedge and option accounts, divestiture of a large brass manufacturing entity, structuring off-balance sheet lease financing for large oil tankers, and refinancing and issuing tax exempt bonds.  Mr. Lory retired from British Petroleum in 1999 and has acted as a private investor from that time to the present.

Douglas Adams, Age 45
Manager and Vice President of Advanced Brine Disposal Systems, L.L.C.

Mr. Adams is a fourth generation oil and gas man.  He has work experience in all phases of oil and gas production.  Mr. Adams started his career in the oil and gas business in 1978 as a hand on pipeline crews.  In 1980, Mr. Adams was promoted to working on the drilling rig crew.  In 1982, Mr. Adams was promoted to the position of drilling rig foreman, and in this capacity he was responsible for overseeing all aspects of drilling an oil and gas well from initial setup to well completion.  In 1984, Mr. Adams earned the position of “Production Boss” with Berg Petroleum where his duties included fracking drilled wells and overseeing crews servicing producing wells.  In 1990, Berg Petroleum was acquired by Easter American Energy.  Following this acquisition, Mr. Adams served as a Transition Coordinator and was in charge of drilling programs.  In 1994, Mr. Adams bought ownership of a successful oil and gas company supplying consumers of product from over 100 wells, that is now known as Adams Oil & Gas, L.L.C., a West Virginia limited liability company.

William C. De Fer, Age 63
Director of PetroQuest Resources, Inc. 

Mr. De Fer graduated from Catalina High School, Tucson, Arizona, in 1960.  Following graduation from High School, Mr. De Fer attended the University of Arizona for two years.  In 1962, he enlisted in the U.S. Army and served four years as a Computer Specialist in Germany, San Antonio, Texas, and Viet Nam.  Following his return from military service, Mr. De Fer worked for United Research Service, Tucson, Arizona, and the City of Tucson, Arizona as a Senior Programmer/Analyst while completing his B.S. in Systems Engineering at the University of Arizona.  After earning his B.S. degree, Mr. De Fer worked for Management Clearing, Inc., Phoenix, Arizona, as a Senior Analyst and assisted in the development of a franchised commercial real estate valuation and sales system that was implemented in Phoenix, Arizona and San Diego, California.  Mr. De Fer worked for United Research Service, Las Vegas, Nevada, a contractor for the Atomic Energy Commission, for one year as a Senior Systems Analyst developing accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and job costing accounting systems.  Mr. De Fer worked for Holmes & Narver, Las Vegas, Nevada, a prime contractor for the Atomic Energy Commission, for four years as the Manager of Information Systems supporting the security, engineering, and accounting functions of the Nevada Operations Office of the Atomic Energy Commission.  Mr. De Fer worked for Computer Development Corp., El Paso, Texas, as a Senior Systems Support Analyst supporting the White Sands, New Mexico Flight Center, the Johnson Space Center, Los Alamos Laboratory, Sandia Laboratory, and other Computer Development Corp.  For the last 25 years Mr. De Fer has been a partner in Dimensional Stone Distribution, Fabrication, and Installation, El Paso, Texas, which has installed quality stone in national restaurant chains, the Scottsdale Princess Hotel, Boulder Resort Hotel, a Texas State Office Building, and upper end residences.

Edward Hermosillo, Age 45
Director of PetroQuest Resources, Inc.

Director of Tyr Energy, Inc.  After graduating from High School, Mr. Hermosillo served six years in the U.S. Navy and was trained as a Hospital Corpsman.  After returning from his service in the Navy, Mr. Hermosillo began school at the University of Texas at El Paso and earned his B.S. in Nursing in 1989, and later became certified as a Registered Nurse (R.N.).  Mr. Hermosillo has worked in hospitals for 16 years in various departments, with most time spent in the Emergency Department, Post-Anesthesia Care Unit, Surgery, Psychiatry, and Education.  Mr. Hermosillo is presently the Surgical Services Educator in a hospital located on the Central Coast of California.  Mr. Hermosillo also worked as an “on air personality” or “disc jockey” for a Classic/New Rock radio station in El Paso, Texas for 13 years and hosted a Public Information Talk Show on a weekly basis.

Tommy L. McDonald, Age 49
Director, Secretary, and Treasurer of PetroQuest Resources, Inc.

Director and President of Mountaineer Gas Transmission, Inc.; Director, Secretary, and Treasurer of Majestic Oil Field Services, Inc.; Director, President, and Treasurer of Tyr Energy, Inc.  Upon graduation from High School, Mr. McDonald studied geophysical data processing and worked as a seismic data processor for Professional Geophysics, Inc., Dallas, Texas, from 1980 - 1982.  He worked as a seismic data processor for Mobil Oil Exploration and Producing, Inc., Dallas, Texas, from 1982 - 1984.  Mr. McDonald worked as a seismic data manager for ARAMCO, in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia, from 1984 - 1986.  From 1986 - 1993, Mr. McDonald worked as an in-house consultant for Mobil Oil Exploration and Producing, Inc., Dallas, Texas, and managed its Well Log Data Base Department and performed processing and interpretation of 3D seismic data.  Mr. McDonald acted as the facilities and operations manager for TeleTech Teleservices, Inc., Denver, Colorado, from 1994 - 1998, and acted as the facilities and operations manager for Paging Network, Inc., Addison, Texas, from 1998 - 2000.  He acted as the facilities and operations manager for Epic Realm, Inc., Richardson, Texas, an Internet networking company, from 2000 - 2003.  From 2004 to the present, Mr. McDonald has acted as a facilities operations automation consultant and an oil and gas field assessment consultant with McDonald Consulting (a sole proprietorship), Dallas, Texas.

Jamie C.Adams, Age 30

Secretary of Mountaineer Gas Transmission.; Secretary of Tyr Energy, Inc., Mr. Adams Earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Glenville State College, Glenville, West Virginia, in May 2005. Mr Adams worked as a Roustabout for Trek Oil & Gas from 1994 - 1997. Mr. Adams worked for Adams Oil and Gas, L.L.C. from June 1996 until 2004. Mr. Adams started as a work boss in 2004 with Majestic and has grown with the corporation since.
